AH! It has been forever since I was on here! But no excuses, so we'll just say I just haven't posted anything in a while. So what has happened since my last blog entry?

#1 I have finally started a gym routine, which I also found out I've been doing everything backwards so hopefully now I'll see pounds go off not just inches. My weight really hasn't changed but all my clothes are getting pretty loose and I've had to sinch up my watch a couple holes. I need to start wearing a belt so I can see that one change too :P I'm gonna need it or else I'm really going to moon everyone! The new plan of attack is 10 mins low impact cardio warm up, 45 mins weights, and 45 mins cardio. It had been 45 mins cardio followed by 45 mins weights. By doin weights before the major cardio you burn sugar in the first half and fat the second, so we'll see how it works!

#2 I'm almost done with Level 2 of nursing school! It's been kinda rough but my grades are passing and my clinical instructor said my paperwork all passed so no reason to not be going on to Level 3 in the Fall! Level 3 is big on OB which is what I think I want to do as a career so I'm real excited.

#3 I'm going to be going out to Cali again in late July and staying until like the day before Level 3 starts so that I can be there to help out when my *neice* arrives!!! We haven't found out yet if it's a girl or not but I've got my fingers crossed, either way I'm excited to be an aunt!

#4 My doc gave me the blessing of a diagnosis of PCOS, in lehman's terms, it's gonna be harder for us to have kids. My pituitary gland is releasing too much of certain hormones so I basically don't ovulate very often. Good thing since we don't want kids right now so our chances of that are decreased, bad thing is when we do want to have em it'll be harder. But it's not going to be impossible and we're not above adoption so I'm going to be a mom in the end, I'll just steal a couple babies when I'm an L&D nurse (TOTALLY joking btw). Since we're married the next logical step is kids and people ask a lot when we plan to have em (answer: in about 3-5 years), since we aren't trying right now it's not a big deal to stave off the questions but once we do I'm not going to be pleasant answering that question :P

So that's what's been up with me! I'll do my best to stop in more often!
